Packing, Despatch & Returns Policy

We offer a range of delivery options depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your proximity to our shop in Long Eaton, Nottingham.

We aim to reduce the postage and packaging amounts as much as possible and these will only ever be priced on a cost basis. We offer can offer services from several different postage providers which we can advise upon placing of your order. We use services from:

  • Royal Mail – good for items up to ‘small package’ (up to 2kg in weight and sized at no more than 45cm x 35cm x 16cm). Can be first or second class
  • My Hermes – good for items from 1kg to 15kg. This service provider offers tracked delivery as standard but can take 3 – 5 days
  • UPS – a courier service with next day delivery options available for items up to 20kg per carton

We are also proud to offer a local delivery service to address’s within a 25km range from Long Eaton, Nottingham.

All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery of goods is made on a CIP based per Incoterms ® 2010.

Please note that you must notify Bee Branded within 14 days of receipt of the product should there be a problem. Therefore, please check the whole order upon receipt of goods.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty, we cannot accept the return of goods that have been embroidered, printed or personalised in any way.

Note that as soon as your order is received, we get to work on it as soon as possible and therefore cannot be changed. We realise that from time to time mistakes do happen and we will do our best to cancel or modify and order after submission if possible.

Bee Branded points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Bee Branded to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.
